ITINERARY

The driver will pick you up at the appointed place at 8 am. The drive towards Plitivce National Park will last for about 3 and a half hours – so you will have plenty of time to admire the landscapes of Dalmatia and Lika. At about 11.30 am, arrive in the national park, where a guide waits you to start the walking tour.

PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK

This visit to one of Europe’s most beautiful parks, protected since 1979 as an UNESCO World National Heritage, will complete your vacation plan. Sixteen natural lakes connected by waterfalls, emerald green forest, romantic wooden paths through the park, a relaxing boat ride the the largest lake Kozjak, and a short panoramic electric train ride back to the beginning will surely give you material for memories and storytelling back home.

After a day spent in the natural environment, you’ll get hungry for sure. If you wish it so, we’ll take you to nearby restaurant, one of the most famous in the region – Lička kuća. They adhere very strictly to the traditional local recipes. There you can have lunch or stretch your legs before the ride back.

You will arrive in Split late in the afternoon.
