Falmouth Mystic Luminous Lagoon offers a 30 minute guided tour of the lagoon where you are able to see the natural wonders of the water as it glows. One of five luminous lagoons in the world is in Jamaica. When the water is agitated you get the rare chance to see the waters light up with 1,000’s of shining lights as the phosphorus ignites with the seawater to make everything glow. As the guide informs you of the science and history behind the glow of the water you are invited to enjoy a swim in the lagoon. As you embark to the shore you are entertained by mellow music to prepare for the next 30 minute of the tour.
