Our chef and guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby in the morning with a smile! If you stay at a local hotel, transportation is on us!

You will start the tour with a visit to the Central Market, where you will buy the ingredients needed for the class, and have a comprehensive look into some special local ingredients, where they are from, what types of dishes they are in, and learn tips to find the freshest ingredients.

Afterward, you will embark on a relaxing riverboat ride to Mo’s open air kitchen.

Once you arrive at the cooking class, you will learn how to prepare the most iconic Vietnamese dishes. The menu is based on your choice of meat, seafood, or vegetarian options.

Each person will cook at their own cooking station. The chef and the helpers will assist you as you make yourself a feast!

Afterward, you will be brought back to where the journey begin, full of joy and hungry for more!
