Casa de les Punxes built by the modernist architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch in 1905, is one of the most icònic structures in Barcelona and an important key to understand Catalan modernism.

The spectacular building revolutionary in both artistic and technical terms was given National Historic Landmark in 1975.

A visit to the house provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the amazing architecture, delve into the history hidden between its walls and learn more about its genius architect. But not only that, it also allows visitors to discover the history of Catalonia and learn about Catalan modernism.

Hiding in the very centre of Barcelona, the enigmatic and rather secret roof terrace is one of the most impressive spaces in Casa de les Punxes.

Casa de les Punxes get back, from June 22, with the musical activity of Nits amb Ritme. The Terrades House, designed by the architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch, will open the doors of its imposing rooftop of 600m2 with concerts that will take place during the months of June, July and August.

This year, Nits amb Ritme, includes access to the exhibition (from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm) of the main floor and the rooftop to enjoy a route through the history and symbolism of one of the most paradigmatic monuments of Catalan modernism.

Jazz, swing, bossanova, and soul will sound every Friday at 8pm on the largest modernist rooftop in Barcelona. Discover Casa de les Punxes at night and get stunned by live music while you toast with a glass of cava in an emblematic building.
